We are thinking of each of you during these difficult times and hope that you and your loved ones are doing well.
 
Faced with the exceptional situation we are experiencing, the Exterior Nature Aventure leisure center had to take specific measures to ensure everyone's well-being. The management takes the safety of visitors and staff particularly seriously.

 
APRIL – MAY – JUNE – SEPTEMBER – OCTOBER: The tree climbing park is open on weekends and public holidays from 13 p.m. to 18 p.m. 
 
JULY AUGUST : We are open every day from 10 a.m. to 20 p.m. without interruption. 
 
Canyoning, rafting and hydrospeed are open every day by reservation. Tubing is only possible in July and August by reservation. 
 
Here is the important information to prepare your visit: 

HOME

Ticketing: We invite you to purchase your tickets in advance. online tickets or by phone on 04 68 05 72 12, to ensure your place. “Accrobranche course” reservations made online on our website will allow you to go directly to the equipment area, at the scheduled time in order to avoid any waiting.

Mask: The mask is compulsory from the age of 11 in the areas that concentrate the most people (reception, equipment, briefing, restaurant, terrace and toilets). Once these steps have been completed, you can, if you wish, remove your mask but you will have to keep it on you at all times because it is compulsory to wear it when social distancing is not possible.

For people who do not have a mask, disposable FFP1 masks at €1 are available at reception. 
 

Social distancing: Queues have been redesigned to leave 1m distance between each customer.  

Disinfection: Our hosts and hostesses at reception follow a very specific health protocol to ensure your safety: disinfection and regular cleaning of their work tools (card machine, cash register, computers, etc.) and hand disinfection with hydroalcoholic gel after each payment. We also have a remote thermometer to check the temperature in case of symptoms or doubts.

 

BRANCHED

As a security measure, the capacity of the tree climbing park will be limited to 150 people maximum. 
We will welcome and equip by group of 10 people maximum.
On the tree climbing courses, you will be asked to be a maximum of 1 per game and 2 per platform.
 
Our tree climbing operators regularly disinfect their hands and will all wear masks when distancing is not possible.
 
Lockers are at your disposal free of charge to keep your belongings safe during the activity. 
 
For more comfort, gloves are on sale at €2, but are not compulsory.

TUBE

To ensure your safety, the tubing activity will be limited to 20 people per time slot.

Equipment is cleaned and disinfected after each use.

You will be asked to wear a mask in the equipment area and when social distancing is not possible.

EXPLOR GAMES®

For your safety, the Explor Games® activity is limited to 5 people of the same family or the same group by digital tablet.
 
The tablets are disinfected after each use.
 
You will be asked to wear a mask in the briefing area and when social distancing is not possible.

CANYONING - RAFTING - VIA FERRATA - CLIMBING - HYDROSPEED

To ensure your safety, canyoning, via ferrata and climbing activities are limited to 10 people maximum. Rafting and hydrospeed activities are limited to 8 people.
 
To get to the entrance of the canyon, individual transport is preferred. 
In the case of collective transport, we will ask you to wear your mask, to disinfect the vehicle according to the standards in force, and to leave a free seat between each individual. 
 
Wearing a mask will be mandatory when social distancing is not possible : reception, toilets, equipment, briefing, dis-equipment… 
 
After each outing, a disinfection of equipment (harnesses, helmet, long, carabiners, neoprene wetsuit, socks, etc.) will be carried out.
 
It is possible during your outing, to meet other groups. The guide will ensure a minimum distance of 20m with them.

CAILLOU RESTAURANT

In order to respect government restrictions, the restaurant welcomes you by reservation: every day from 12 p.m. to 15 p.m. and in the evening (from Thursday to Sunday inclusive) from 18 p.m. to 22:30 p.m. 
 
 
Our capacity is limited to 60 covers per service. 

Only people with a seat can be accommodated. Drinking while standing is not permitted.

Wearing a mask is compulsory for any movement within the restaurant (terrace, sanitary facilities, collection). 
Our catering team will wear a mask throughout the service and hydro alcoholic gel will be made available to you at the entrance, exit, and within the restaurant (terrace, sanitary facilities).
