I have vertigo, is tree climbing all the same for me?
We usually answer that there are two types of “fear of heights”:
- The apprehension of the void, which is natural and that everyone has "instinctively". It is more or less strong according to the activities, but it is controlled and it can even disappear. In this case, we invite you to brave your apprehension to overcome it.
- Vertigo, which is uncontrollable, petrifying, and which requires rescue at height (which our team is trained in). In this second case, it is better to stay on the ground to take nice pictures of your loved ones.
