If you are looking for a canyoning outing accessible, easy and suitable for all levels, the canyon of Molitg is what you need. Located in the Canigou massif, along the Castellane stream and just 15 minutes from Prades, it is ideal for discovering the joys of canyoning with family or friends. Even if it is located near the surrounding villages, you find yourself very quickly in the middle of nature.
This canyon offers very beautiful contrasting landscapes, between greenery and granite rocks. The height and difficulty of the obstacles are progressive and suitable for everyone, even for beginners and children from 8 years old.
The first part begins in the heart of the forest, along the river lined with beautiful vegetation. Then, in the second part, you engage in magnificent mineral and steep-sided gorges. The passages are narrow and the flow of water becomes more important, for an aquatic canyon.
Components of the canyoning trip
Durant , you evolve in a superb setting and alternate obstacles in a playful way: string manipulation, jumps 2 to 6 m high (optional), natural slides And two abseiling. The final stunt 10 m high, which we cross by abseiling on a rope, concludes the exit in apotheosis!

To warm up, admire the breathtaking view that awaits you from the small car park at the start. After one 30 minute approach walk, downhill, let's go for a festival of waterfalls and slides!
Pendant and a half, you cross 21 waterfalls one more fun than the other. Let yourself slide on the 12 giant slides, including "the washing machine", the "S", the "surprise" or the dreaded "eject"! The output includes 3 abseilings (6, 12 and 15m), 4 jumps (5 to 9 m) and the white water swimming. Thrills guaranteed!
La return walk uphill is sometimes a little rough. But honestly, it's worth it!
Warning, it is not always possible to get around obstacles, so be ready to jump into the void! You will have access to secure handrails to cross the most perilous passages.

Shaped in a beautiful gray gneiss rock by the Llitera stream, the Taurinya canyon is very mineral with an alternation of magnificent landscapes open to the mountains as well as vertiginous narrow gorges. Perfect for an intense canyoning outing!
Components of the canyoning trip
The hard activity about 7/8 hours. So plan for the whole day! Its isolated location guarantees an outing far from the crowds. But there is the other side of the coin: the approach walk is long, about 1h30. Come on, let's get motivated! The pleasure of spending a whole day away from the world, it has to be earned, right?
The Taurinya Canyon is rather air and is renowned for its large water flow. Most of abseiling descents are watered. Freshness guaranteed! Especially since due to the altitude, the water is quite cold…
You alternate phases of marche with various obstacles : natural slides from 3 to 12 m, numerous abseiling from 6 to 45m, jumps up to 5m! There last waterfall offers a finale rich in emotions, followed by a good well-deserved swim. Finally, the return walk takes about 50 minutes.

The Cady is a aquatic and demanding canyon, perfect for a sporting public accustomed to canyoning and thrill seeker. In the heart of Mount Canigou, the pure and very fresh water of the Têt has sculpted very beautiful granite gorges, to the delight of lovers of extreme canyoning. Get off the beaten track and discover a wild, technical and refreshing canyon, just 15 minutes from Prades.
The Cady canyoning exit is athletic and very aquatic due to the large flow of water from the Têt. You evolve in a contrasting landscape, mixing vegetation and vertiginous cliffs.
Components of the canyoning trip
To travel this 3 km long canyon, count 7 to 8 hours. A beautiful day in total immersion in nature!
After one one hour approach walk, you enter a wild canyon alternating technical passages, steps and playful obstacles. On the program: many slides, sometimes impressive, up to 20 m long! But also abseiling up to 15 m and jumps (optional) up to 12 m high. You close the canyon with two shock slides: the duck's beak and the death slide. Real adrenaline rushes in perspective!
For return walk, it still takes 1h30. Yes, that's the (low) price to pay to access one of the wildest and most remote canyoning spots.

For all canyoning outings around Prades, we give you an appointment in our amusement park in Marquixanes. A green setting to bring the group together and get to know your guide, over a coffee. It's more fun than meeting in a parking lot, isn't it?
As soon as you arrive, we give you full equipment necessary for the practice of canyoning: neoprene suit, harness and helmet. Then, you get back in your vehicle and follow your guide to the parking lot closest to your canyon.
You just need to bring a swimsuit, a pair of sports tennis shoes and a towel. For the rest, we take care of everything!
