In particular :

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR

Any User who acts in fraud of the T&Cs is exposed to civil or criminal proceedings, which in particular punish infringements of copyright, trademark law, related rights, the rights of database producers as well as automated data processing systems. The User is reminded that the Penal Code (articles 323-1 and following) punishes these offenses with penalties of up to five years' imprisonment and a fine of 150 euros, in particular:

• fraudulent access and maintenance in an automated data processing system;
• the fraudulent deletion, modification or addition of data in this system;
• interfering with this system.

Criminal proceedings may be initiated by the Publisher against the User who does not comply with these provisions.

AVAILABILITY AND SUSPENSION OF THE SITE AND SERVICES
